Tracy Adams-Regnerus

Tracy Adams-Regnerus is the Manager of Global Travel Operations at RELX, with more than 25 years of experience spanning leisure travel, airlines, procurement, and corporate travel management. Her career began at Thomas Cook before moving into the airline industry with Aer Lingus and British Midland at Heathrow's iconic Terminal One. After transitioning into procurement at LexisNexis, Tracy joined the RELX travel team 12 years ago, where she has played a key role in transforming the company's global travel programme. Her achievements include increasing online booking adoption to 80-90% across most markets and leading a major three-phase project to consolidate all countries onto a single travel management company and online booking platform. Today, she is focused on exploring how AI can further enhance efficiency and traveller experience across the global travel programme. Outside of work, Tracy is a proud mum to two grown-up children and two much-loved furry family members
