She drives risk governance and compliance across a mission-critical growth engine supporting SMEs and businesses throughout South Africa. A Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with a Bachelor's Degree in Investment Management, Trushna brings 15+ years of banking experience spanning product management, distribution channels, and enterprise risk functions across financial services. She previously held senior risk leadership roles at First National Bank (FNB), including Head of Risk for FNB’s Wealth and Investments and Financial Advisory business where she led the transformation of high-risk business environments, strengthening governance, enhancing resilience, and enabling sustainable growth.
