Valentina De Robertis

Dr Valentina De Robertis is a Consultant in Maternal–Fetal Medicine at Di Venere Hospital in Bari, Italy. She holds a postgraduate Master’s degree in Congenital Heart Disease and has developed extensive expertise in prenatal ultrasound, with a particular focus on first-trimester scan, fetal anomalies, fetal cardiology and neurosonography, as well as advanced 3D/4D ultrasound techniques. From 2021 to 2024, she served as President of the Italian Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (SIEOG). She is currently President of the World Association of Perinatal Medicine (WAPM). Dr De Robertis has authored more than 50 original articles published in high-impact peer-reviewed journals and has contributed extensively to international scientific congresses and advanced training courses worldwide. She is actively involved in education and professional development within the field of obstetric ultrasound and fetal medicine.
