Victoria Low

Victoria leads The Magenta Project, an international organisation that breaks down barriers for women in professional sailing and the wider marine industry. She brings 30 years of marine sector experience and work in diversity, inclusion and leadership development. It has supported over 300 women, with 100 more taking part, and Victoria led the 2x25 Review, surveying 2,500 people across 68 countries on gender equity in sailing and marine.
