Viktor Filipan

Viktor Filipan is Head of Asset Management for Infrastructure at APG Asset Management, one of the world's largest pension investors. He is responsible for shaping APG's approach to asset management across its global infrastructure portfolio, including the firm's strategy on active ownership, governance, value creation and responsible investment. His focus is on how APG creates value beyond the initial investment decision, helping portfolio companies strengthen performance, navigate strategic change and respond to long-term trends such as the energy transition, digitalization and evolving stakeholder expectations. In addition to his responsibilities at APG, Viktor serves on the boards of several infrastructure companies. He is passionate about advancing the role of long-term institutional investors as active owners and stewards of critical infrastructure assets.
