Vince Chen

Mr. Chen currently serves as CFO of MATRIX Robotics, where he is responsible for the company's financial and capital markets activities. Prior to joining MATRIX, Mr. Chen served as Senior Manager of Corporate Financing and Investments at Momenta (HKEX: 6880), a leading autonomous driving and physical AI company, where he led key workstreams of its Hong Kong IPO. Before joining Momenta, he served as Senior Investment Manager at CATL (HKEX: 3750; SZSE: 300750), a global leader in new energy and zero-carbon technologies, where he led several overseas renewable energy investment projects. Mr. Chen began his career in investment banking at Piper Sandler in New York and Guotai Junan in Shanghai. With over a decade of experience across the technology and financial services sectors, Mr. Chen brings hands-on execution experience in financial management and capital markets. Mr. Chen graduated from Columbia Business School with Master of Business Administration degree.
