Vincent Assink

Vincent Assink is Managing Director at Stichting Carmelcollege, one of the larger organisations for secondary education in the Netherlands, comprising 15 schools across 45 locations. Together, around 4,300 colleagues support more than 33,000 students. He works at the intersection of educational quality, organisational strategy and professional services, with particular interests in responsible digital transformation, artificial intelligence in education and data governance. Vincent focuses on ensuring that strategy, technology and professional services add sustainable value to education. In his role, he contributes to decision-making on people, finance, technology and organisational development, creating the conditions for high-quality and inclusive education.
