Viveca Pavon-Harr

Dr. Viveca Pavon-Harr is a distinguished data scientist and strategic leader, serving as Lead of AI & Data for the Public Sector at Accenture UK & Ireland. She brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of advanced analytics and public policy, and previously served as Chief Data Scientist at Accenture Federal Services, leading a team of more than 800 data science professionals. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Political Economy from the University of Texas at Dallas, where her research focused on the geospatial analysis of organised criminal groups in Latin America. She has published on artificial intelligence, including geospatial analytics and generative AI. Her expertise centres on rapid machine learning prototyping and “AI Augmentation,” enhancing human decision-making through technology. She is recognised for translating complex data into actionable public sector strategies and for her leadership in the ethical application of AI.
