Wayne Richards is an independent construction consultant with over 20 years of experience specialising in building envelope systems, external finishes and specification development. Through Forseti, he works with manufacturers, architects and contractors to develop practical solutions that combine technical performance, regulatory compliance and efficient installation. His work explores how innovations in materials and installation systems can support Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), particularly through modular and pre-engineered solutions for decking, cladding and other external finishes.
