Wendy Winchester has three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical sector; large pharma and biotech, with a proven track record in drug discovery. She has worked on programmes from inception through to Phase 2 proof of concept across multiple disease indications in immunology, neurology, and internal medicine. Her background includes line management of large, diverse teams and consistent delivery of high-quality data by driving science both within and beyond organisational boundaries. More recent experience is within business development to establish and manage external alliances across the Nxera partnered portfolio.
