Yelene Mencía is Coordinator of Strategic Projects and the 2030 Agenda at Ermua City Council, where she leads strategic planning, urban innovation and participatory initiatives. She previously worked with UNICEF and UNESCO, gaining international experience in sustainable development and children’s rights. At TECH Friendly, she supported cities in designing and implementing Urban Agendas and collaborative urban networks.
