Yoshimi Douglas-Street

Yoshimi Douglas-Street is an Operations Director at Mace Consult with 25 years experience in the construction industry, leading the delivery of major, complex projects across London, including Battersea Power Station, Hanover Square and One Hyde Park. Yoshimi specialises in project and construction delivery, stakeholder management and leading collaborative, multidisciplinary teams. A passionate champion of diversity and inclusion, Yoshimi is actively involved with Women at Mace, mentors apprentices and graduates entering the industry, and regularly speaks at London Build and UK Construction Week diversity and inclusion events. Yoshimi has also recently been recognised as an award winner at the Design and Build UK Women in Construction Awards 2026.
