Younès Stouky

Younès is a seasoned telecommunications executive with nearly two decades of international experience spanning engineering, product strategy, and infrastructure development across the global connectivity landscape. An engineer by training, Younès graduated from Supélec in 2006 and began his career at Alcatel-Lucent, working within the APAC pre-sales team, before moving to Nokia in Paris, where he contributed to Advanced Mobile Network Solutions. In 2020, Younès joined Orange Wholesale, bringing his technical expertise to the Marketing organization as Product Manager for International Private Line (IPL) services. There, he led a comprehensive overhaul of the product portfolio, significantly enhancing the customer journey from pre-sales through delivery and operations—with a sustained focus on Quality of Service as a critical driver of commercial success.
