Aaron Healey

Aaron Healey started his telecommunications career as an apprentice and has spent more than 20 years progressing through engineering, technical leadership, and operational management roles. With experience spanning traditional telephony, cloud communications, and contact centre technologies, he has worked across all levels of the industry—from frontline engineering to leading large-scale transformation programmes. Having previously managed voice operations across Europe, Aaron now leads a major voice and contact centre platform supporting over 5,000 users. He is passionate about bridging technical innovation with business outcomes and sharing insights gained from two decades of delivering and transforming enterprise communications services.
