Working in the Telecoms industry for over 35 years in leading Telecommunications Teams and working with UC projects working in partnership with suppliers. I have experience in Large Migrations and designing contact centres, have a hands-on approach. jointed the team at the Royal Marsden in January 2023 and we have recently completed a project to move the Trust onto a Hybrid platform encompassing Teams and desk and cordless endpoints and ten contact centres to improve telephony for our Agile clinical colleagues working across the trust locations and working from home. Previously held Telecoms Management posts in Local government and private sector organisations. I hold project management and management qualifications.
