Augustine Mwangi

Dr. Augustine Mwangi Gatotoh is an educationist with over 20 years of experience in higher education. He is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Education at the University of Nairobi. His expertise spans digital pedagogy, instructional design, distance and blended learning, curriculum development, digital courseware development, capacity building, and multidisciplinary research. He holds a PhD in Distance Education from the University of Nairobi. He previously served as the Acting Principal Instructional Designer for Courseware Development and Production at the University of Nairobi, where he led digital courseware development and coordinated capacity building initiatives for module writers. He is currently the Team Leader for the Kenya Digital Economy Acceleration Project (KDEAP), supporting the design and implementation of transformative digital pedagogy across higher education institutions in Kenya.
