Bob Vaez

I'm Bob, founder & CEO of EventMobi — engineer by training, event-tech obsessive by choice. If you have seen me talk at PCMA, IMEX, ASAE and MPI stages or scrolled your way into me dropping some real talk on a podcast, you know I’m the guy who gets twitchy when something looks great in a demo but falls apart on show day! My experience comes from 17 years of working with event planners and building an end-to-end event management platform used by 40,000 conferences and 17 million attendees. In my high-energy, example-packed sessions, I’ll show you what's real, what's not, and what's worth your time with at least one dad joke. Come say hi, and steal some ideas you can actually use Monday morning.
