Caroline Carter

Caroline Carter is the Head of Audio Visual (AV) at Imperial College London, leading the strategy, delivery, and support of AV services across the university. She oversees major AV projects, new building developments, and refurbishment programmes, while managing AV operations, standards, budgets, and technology roadmaps. Working closely with academic and professional services teams, Caroline ensures teaching, learning, research, and collaboration spaces are equipped with intuitive, reliable, and future-ready technology. She is passionate about enhancing the user experience through innovation, sustainability, and the effective integration of AV with the university's wider digital strategy.
