Cecilia Lavin

With 20 years' experience in the global events industry, Cecilia has worked across venues, catering and event production, and ran her own events consultancy, before moving into event technology in 2020. She is now the Enterprise Account Executive at Voxo, a Swedish based company using AI to turn conference and events content into real-time summaries, insights and reports, helping organisers extend the reach and lifespan of their content. Her varied experience across sectors and markets gives her a solid foundation for helping clients deliver innovative, creative and efficient events on a global scale. Cecilia has also been actively involved with ILEA (International Live Events Association) since 2012, first running the UK membership team, then serving as UK chapter president, Regional Vice President for EMEA, and then becoming the International President for the 2025–2026 term.
