David Sheppard

In 2017, David, better known as Shep, joined Crawford bringing with him 11 years of insurance experience and a passion for transformation. Shep has led major technology and operational change programmes, including the implementation of a fully integrated claims management platforms and the automation of reporting and business insights. Now serving as Head of Innovation for Crawford UKI, Shep is leading the development of next-generation solutions that combine AI, automation, predictive analytics and data science to reshape the future of claims handling. A driving force behind award-winning innovations such as SubSprint®, Crawford’s AI-powered claims determination platform, he is focused on creating intelligent, efficient and more sustainable experiences for customers, clients and colleagues alike.
