Funke Saraki

Funke Saraki is a tax administrator, business management professional, researcher, and academic with over two decades of experience spanning taxation, human resource management, public administration, customer relations, and organisational management. She currently serves as a Deputy Manager in the Tax Audit Department of the Nigeria Revenue Service, contributing to initiatives focused on taxpayer experience, service delivery, and organisational effectiveness. Funke holds a PhD in Business Management from Ballsbridge University and researches human resource management, workplace inclusion, employee wellbeing, organisational performance, social sustainability, and sustainable business continuity. Her research has been presented at international conferences, including EIWB 2026 and IFRC 2026. Her interdisciplinary work explores how people-centred management practices and organisational strategies can support sustainable performance and long-term institutional resilience.
