Gina Gill

Gina Gill is Chief Information Officer at Apollo Syndicate Management, a Lloyd's of London specialty insurer and subsidiary of Skyward Specialty Insurance Group. She brings over two decades of cross-sector leadership experience, beginning in retail banking at Lloyds and Barclays before moving into UK central government, where she spent seven years at the Ministry of Justice leading digital delivery for the justice system. This breadth across financial services and government gave her deep expertise in large-scale digital transformation within complex, regulated environments. Gina joined Apollo to bring this outside perspective to specialty insurance, applying her experience in digital delivery, organisational change, and technology leadership to the Lloyd's market. She is an active contributor to industry thought leadership on technology and organisational transformation. She is also engaged in the wider technology community, supporting initiatives that promote women in technology, inc
