Jake Ring

Jake Ring is CEO and Co-Founder of Power & Data Management (PDM), an OEM specializing in power infrastructure equipment including transformers, dead tank circuit breakers, and gas-insulated switchgear for hyperscale data centers and utilities. Under his leadership, PDM has rapidly grown by addressing one of the industry’s biggest challenges, the shortage of critical power equipment and long lead times for grid infrastructure. Jake is also the Founder of DC BLOX, a builder and operator of multi-tenant colocation data centers and network services. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Jake served as Chief Marketing Officer for GE Energy Management, where he led global strategy and commercialization initiatives and helped launch GE’s Critical Power business serving hyperscale cloud operators. Earlier in his career he held leadership roles with Emerson Network Power (now Vertiv) and managed several electrical and electronic manufacturing portfolio companies for private equity investor
