Jawad Nasrullah

Dr. Jawad Nasrullah is CEO of Palo Alto Electron, a chiplet and heterogeneous-integration R&D company, and co-lead of the Open Compute Project's Open Chiplet Economy (OCE) initiative. He was previously co-founder, President and CTO of zGlue, and has held engineering and leadership roles at Intel, Samsung and Sun Microsystems/Oracle. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford.
