Jeroen Borloo

Jeroen Borloo is the CEO and co-founder of Rookoo, a Ghent-based AI company building VenueOS, an agentic platform of digital colleagues for event venues and eatertainment businesses. These AI colleagues support teams across the full customer journey, from lead detection and intake to planning, event day and aftercare. Before co-founding Rookoo in 2024, Jeroen worked in live events and music, and he still performs as a singer and guitarist. That experience shapes how he leads Rookoo’s commercial side and works with venues.
