Laura Geringer helps organizations energize collaboration, inspire engagement, and design professional learning experiences that people genuinely want to be part of. A multi-passionate creative, she blends community engagement, experiential learning, and visual thinking to create innovative experiences that spark meaningful change. As a consultant, she has directed major initiatives for the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN), including the Driving K-12 Innovation project, where she facilitates a 130+ member advisory board to produce an annual action-oriented trends report. She also leads CoSN’s EdTech Innovation Committee, focusing on member engagement and strategic resource development. Previously, she served as Community Manager and Creative & Experience Strategist for Arizona State University’s ShapingEDU, a global professional learning community.
