Nadine Vöhringer

I am Nadine Vöhringer, Head of Learning & People Development at Festo. What drives me is the question of how people can learn effectively, grow and take responsibility in a working world increasingly shaped by AI and GenAI. As a business educator and certified coach, I combine strategic people development with a genuine curiosity for new approaches to learning. My particular focus is on digital and future skills, as well as learning architectures that enable experimentation, reflection and the transfer of learning into everyday work. I prefer to work closely with the business because learning becomes most effective when it addresses real-world challenges. My goal is to foster a learning culture that uses technology meaningfully, empowers people and prepares organisations for the future.
