Nicolas SCHNEIDER is the founder of JuliaShift, an independent advisory firm helping hospitals, MedTech companies and investors make evidence-based decisions on digital health and AI. He spent seventeen years as a clinician in the French Military Health Service, with a focus on risk, security and human factors, then eight years in health software companies. He serves as an expert evaluator for Bpifrance (France 2030, digital health) and for the European Commission, teaches in the Master’s programme in Digital Health at the University of Picardie Jules Verne, and writes L’Éclaireur e-Santé, a newsletter on the gap between what digital health announces and what it measures.
