Nishma Patel Robb is the AI insider who switched sides. During a decade as Senior Director of Brand and Reputation Marketing at Google, she launched YouTube commercially, created This Is My YouTube, a campaign still running worldwide, and helped launch Bard, now Gemini, in the UK, working on product and policy long before it went live. At 50 she left to build a business of her own, nearly burnt out a year in, and was rescued by the AI she now calls her secret co-founder. Today she runs Switched ON, a media company that helps leadership teams and individuals put AI to work, plainly and without the hype, with the aim of switching on a million people.
