Odile Chagny

Odile CHAGNY holds a degree in Economics. She initially focused on forecasting, forward-looking analysis, and the assessment of public policies within various public forecasting and research organizations, including the French Economic Observatory (OFCE) at Sciences Po Paris, the General Planning Commission/France Stratégie, and DARES. For the past fifteen years, she has been working in support of trade union organizations and employee representatives. Through IRES, the institute serving trade union organizations, she founded and has co-led since 2015 the Sharers & Workers network, an initiative that connects stakeholders around issues related to the transformation of work driven by digital technologies, data, and artificial intelligence. Her work primarily focuses on the co-production and development of innovative practices in social dialogue related to artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
