Shahar Noy

Shahar Noy serves as the Vice President and General Manager of the Data Centers business unit at QuantumScape (QS), where he leads the strategic deployment of solid-state battery technology to solve critical power delivery and thermal challenges in next-generation AI factories. Prior to joining QS, Noy held several high-profile leadership roles across the silicon sector. He served as Associate Vice President and Vice President of Data Center and AI solutions at MediaTek, where he drove the development of custom ASICs and cloud architecture. He also served as the Senior Director of Product Marketing for Data Center Storage Solutions at Marvell Semiconductor, spearheading hardware strategies for enterprise environments. His deep technical foundation includes foundational engineering and strategic product management roles at industry giants, including Intel (Altera), SanDisk, Micron Technology, and Broadcom.
