She specialises in CRM, ERP, HMS and strategic discovery and alignment. She has also built and led delivery and project teams, and coached tech leaders and founders through her MindTactics 3Cs framework: 'Clarity' in thinking, 'Capacity' to act, 'Command' in leading and empowering teams. A non-linear thinker who sees the pattern before the process: dyslexic by wiring, strategist by trade.
